Who you are and what we need: You understand our clients’ needs and use your experience and intellect to translate these into solutions, enabling you to draft compelling proposals and Sales materials. You are proficient in working with numbers to develop project budgets using calculation tools and input from our subject matter experts. You are very attentive to detail and proactively approach challenges to meet time lines, budget and quality demand. You have great people skills that help you confidently negotiate agreements between teams to develop proposals that can sell. You can clearly and concisely communicate both in writing and verbally, helping you to support our BD team in sales conversations with our clients. You are an organized person who can maintain data and files on proposals and contracting, with the motivation to continuously improve our processes and tools. You monitor the satisfaction of customers and other departments with our proposals and suggest new ideas to increase satisfaction. You are interested in learning and applying new skills as part of our Sales Operations organization. What do you bring: You have a Bachelor or Master’s Degree, ideally in a healthcare-related or other STEM field. You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in either clinical research or B2B proposal management. You have advanced skills using Excel, Word and PowerPoint from your professional career and education. You are a strong writer and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You pay great attention to detail in everything you do, with a keen eye for efficiency in your processes. Your deep interest in layout and design drives your curiosity to innovate new kinds of proposals.
