Job Description Kite is seeking a highly motivated individual with training experience to join us as a Senior Technical Trainer. The individual in this position will be responsible for the Clinical Manufacturing Training Program including coordinating all training related activities for the Manufacturing group, collaborations with key personnel in other departments to ensure proper implementation of Kite policies and procedures. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to Establish overall training program and documentation Create training materials Deliver, document, and track training activities per applicable Standard Operating Procedures Create training scenarios and presentations including, but not limited to hands-on simulated scenarios, presentations regarding procedures, job expectations and regulatory requirements, and general information intended to expedite development of Manufacturing Personnel Create, update, and modify curricula according to job roles Coordination, Creation, And Revision Of Qualifications Lead and/or coordinate technical training facilitation and qualification Schedule trainers, rooms, and resources Perform technical training as needed Schedule Other Required Training (GMP, HR, EHS, Etc.) Assist with tracking and utilization of GxP Learn Provide regular updates to Management on the Manufacturing Training program status and initiatives Prepare and communicate monthly Manufacturing training metrics Perform compliance self- audits, as required Assist in change controls, CAPA’s, and deviations as required in collaboration with Site Manufacturing Technology and MSAT groups Requirements Previous experience as a training coordinator and/or training role Bachelor’s degree and/or 5 or more years of training in a cGMP manufacturing pharmaceutical/biotechnology environment Previous experience working with a Learning Management System Ability to relay technical information in a concise and simple format for trainees Possess good interpersonal and strong written/verbal communication skills. Highly motivated and detail-oriented with good organizational skills
