Job Responsibilities
  • Drive the identification, evaluation and management of business opportunities/leads that will contribute to short- and long-term financial goals.
  • Oversee complex/large market research/business analysis, evaluate findings, assess the strategic viability of alternative opportunities and propose recommendations.
  • Responsible for the contract negotiation activities with potential collaboration to facilitate deal closing. Advise on upselling opportunities and oversee contract renegotiations with existing business partners.
  • Involves in activities related to Business Development capability and client/customer data management, establishment of long-term relationships with potential key clients/customers in view to enhance business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders in identifying upselling opportunities, deal negotiations and finalization of contracts.
Job Qualifications Here are the minimum qualifications and essential functions for this position. By doing so, we will continue to set new standards in health care.
  • Degree or Master's in Business Administration, Business Studies, Marketing.
  • At least 5 years' experience in sales or business development capacity in Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Demonstrate in business development experience in applying business development principles for medium- to large-sized companies in similar industries, especially in MNCs.
  • Excellent general application of strategic thinking and business acumen in thought processes and decision-making.
  • Strong in business network with proven client and customer account management skills.
