Responsibilities Include Provides expert advice, counsel and implementation support on a interim or project-basis in areas of HR that include: HR Compliance Onboarding/Offboarding Leaves of Absence / Reasonable Accommodations Workers’’ Comp Administration Recruitment Support Performance Management Health & Welfare Benefit Administration Retirement Plan Administration Employee Relations, Payroll and HRIS Organizational Development and Training. Promotes HR practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity and standards, and goal attainment. Demonstrates proven project management skills and the ability to multi-task by managing the moving parts and priorities of multiple clients. Provide coaching to employees, managers and senior leadership to drive culture and overall business success. Coach/consult with client organization management on employee relations issues including performance, terminations, harassment/discrimination, etc. and document appropriately Ability to perform compensation benchmarking and analysis in conjunction with current or desired compensation philosophy. Establish and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure overall contract deliverables are met. Required Skills Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Products and a strong understanding of existing and emerging HR and business operational technology tools and platforms. A sense of urgency and exceptional communication skills (oral and written) with a desire to build long, lasting relationships. Strong research, analytical and project management skills. The ability to work in a diverse workforce with competing demands. The ability to coach employees and management objectively through complex, difficult, and emotional issues. Sound judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, and Federal, State and Local regulations. Independent judgment, a high level of confidentiality, and the ability to work in an interdisciplinary environment.
