Job Description
The ideal candidate will be reporting to General Manager.
Overall control and responsibility for all financial aspects of company strategy;
Expected to analyses figures and implement recommendations based on these findings, with the most profitable outcomes;
Work with various departments to help them plan and manage their own budgets;
Managing and leading a team through difficult periods including month end, year end and annual budgeting;
Analyse the financial climate and market trends to assist senior executives in creating strategic plans for the future;
Seek out methods and practices to minimise financial risk;
Able to create strategic business scenarios;
Ensure that all of the company's financial practices are in line in statutory regulations and legislation;

Interpret complex financial information and provide updates and information as needed;
Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions;

The Successful Applicant
A Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance or related field from reputable universities;
Minimum 15 years of experience;
Work experience at Finance Director level;
Excellent leadership skills;
Exceptional communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal;
Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making;
High integrity and openness combined with commitment to good governance;
Energetic, highly motivated, with passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success;
Problem-solving, critical thinking skills;
Company purchasing experience is a plus;
SAP knowledge;
Fluent in English.
