Description

• Academic education in Pharmacy (preferred) or Chemistry,
• At least 5 years of experience in formulation development and/or in manufacturing of Pharmaceuticals
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory framework (EMEA, FDA and others) are appreciated.
• Act to deliver customer value while achieving profi table business results
• Communicate with openness, clarity, organizational awareness and empathy to achieve the desired results
• Contribute creative solutions and foster the spirit of innovation

• New product development- engage customer companies (pharma) to use BASF products for the new product development;
• Existing pharmaceutical products- engage customer companies to qualify BASF products as a second source or make a complete switch from competitor product to BASF.
• Collect potential ideas from communication with customers for new product development at BASF. Find out where are potential new fields of business for BASF products.
• Develop regional strategies for establishing BASF products in the pharma market.
• Identify potential customer projects for colloboration to establish BASF products in the market, collection of market data/ information.
• Support customers requesting technical information on application and processing of BASF excipients and products including regulatory and technical documentation
• Work experience in formulation development in relevant industry field is preferred
