Pharma Project Scheduler Scope Responsibility The successful candidate will be responsible for schedule consulting at program level (overseeing many projects) in all areas of scheduling from pre-construction to close out. Working closely with the both client cost management / project controls team and the construction manager. Job Objectives Implementing best practices and reporting trends both internally and externally. Create and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6 Working independently is crucial. Create, manage, and oversee schedules using critical path method. Actively work with project managers and construction firms to maintain schedule integrity. Able to produce high level and 1, 3, 6 month look ahead from P6 for reporting. Working with Contractors and Sub Contractors on daily basis. Prepare and update monthly progress reports. Actively monitor and communicate any possible project issues that could delay the schedule. Working closely with various disciplines in project teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the schedules produced without compromising your independence as a scheduler so you are in a position to advise project management on issues requiring judgment. Technical Ability Requirements The Scheduler Manager must have a strong technical knowledge in schedule management. In addition, the individual must have strong analytical skills scheduling and critical path methodology. The individual must have a good understanding Understand the contractual clauses as it applies to planning and scheduling. Ability to understand and accurately interpret construction documents (drawings, specifications, contracts/general conditions) at all levels of design. Functions (Duty / Accountability) Produce program-level reporting metrics to include Schedule Performance Index, Baseline Execution Index, Criticality Index and Longest Path Length Index reporting Assesses schedule performance against program milestones Coordinate with all organizational subject matter experts to ensure accurate reporting Collate project-level schedule reporting to produce program-level schedule reporting Coordinate the alignment of the project-level schedules with the Master Program Schedule Provide data required for Earned Value Management Perform impact analyses and schedule updates as required Oversee and proactively provides guidance to project-level schedule consultants Perform schedule forecasting as required Incorporate schedule Change Orders in coordination with Program Change Management
