Description
The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Ensure process and product knowledge is well understood, kept up to date and utilised effectively to drive compliance and enable continuous improvement.
- Ensure technical project activities are executed as per project plans requirements
- Assist in the RFQ process by providing technical evaluation of new business requests and change requests for existing business
- Provide effective support to operations to assist in resolution of technical issues
- Support the coordination of the technical workload, resource needs and key deliverables for the team.
The company is specifically looking for a candidate with both pharmaceutical solid-dose and liquids experience. Other skills and experience required include:
- Educated to degree level in a Science or Technical discipline
- Broad knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry
- Demonstrated ability in effective people/project management
- Significant experience in technical roles
- Strong Interpersonal skills both internally and externally
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Organisational and planning skills
