Description
You will have the opportunity to drive change, working with the business and HR leadership, to identify and deliver solutions that will optimize both employee and business performance, and develop HR capabilities across Europe.
- Building trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders in the business
- Providing both strategic and day to day HR partnership
- Utilizing extensive HR skills, knowledge and business acumen to make an impact in key areas such as change management, organizational design, strategic workforce planning, talent analytics and management
- Take the lead, on EU employee relations
- Sharing knowledge and insights to help shape best practice, ensuring alignment with wider business strategy, ensuring fairness and consistent practices throughout
- Drive employee engagement and a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Nurturing, coaching and mentoring team members and developing the wider HR community
- Facilitating an environment to support Employee Wellbeing
- Support HR Leadership with HR led initiatives, and projects to include implementation of new systems, policies and processes
- Adept at communicating, influencing, coaching, challenging and managing senior stakeholders
- With strong knowledge of European employment law and regional market practices
- Commercially focused, with strong analytical skills and strategic problem solver
- Experienced at project managing a wide range of HR initiatives, in multiple stakeholder environment
- High level of emotional intelligence
- CIPD (or equivalent)
- European languages, desirable
