Responsibilities Research skills:
  • Designing research and co-creation activities: helping choose the right methodologies and processes to get the best results and drive creativity across our work
  • Working directly with patients and health care providers: primarily digitally based activities but also observing, moderating, sometimes co-facilitating workshops and other ‘live’ sessions.
  • Conducting analysis of customer work to understand the ‘what’ and the ‘so what’ and the ‘now what’ and to make recommendations for clients
  • Trends: conducting desk research and bringing external knowledge of the wider health industry to bear in improving the richness and context for our recommendations.
  • Knowledgeable and confident in the application of the latest research techniques.
  Creating outputs:
  • Deriving clear recommendations and implications for clients’ business.
  • Creating professional & convincing client-facing documents (including use of PowerPoint and Word).
  • Responsible for the analysis of outputs from research, identifying the patterns, adding their commercial sensibilities to produce high quality outputs, ready for clients, with minimal amount of guidance from more senior consultants and/or Consultancy Director.
  Client management:
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of the client relationship, bringing in the Consultancy Director as and when appropriate / necessary.
  • Developing personal presentation skills and style, for presenting to client.
  Skills required We are looking for someone who is engaged with the health and pharmaceutical category, has an understanding of the research world, and preferably has had exposure to a wide range of methodologies (both qualitative and quantitative) but for whom research is means to an end and who is energized by outcomes and impact.
  • Strong insight skills and experience
  • Experience in health and pharmaceutical roles is a benefit (but not necessary). This could include insights and communication roles, health tech start-ups, or clinical experience, to name a few. At a minimum you must have a curiosity for this category and passion to build expertise.
  • You are quick to understand a client’s business challenge and able to contribute accordingly
  • Creative outlook and ability to bring new thinking to problems with energy and enthusiasm
  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills; comfortable presenting and handling client relationships
  • Ability to assist in handling client relationships within a couple of months.
  • Outcome-oriented thinker with with a point of view on people, behavior and trends.
  • Strong PowerPoint, Word (and ideally) Excel skills required.
  • Fantastic organizational skills: ability to multi-task and handle a multi-stakeholder account for a global company
  • You are constantly hungry to learn and grow and have plenty of energy and enthusiasm.
  • You are a real doer and a proper team player.
