The Role Our client has recently created a new Learning and Development Manager position as part of an HR Department Transformation project and which will be responsible for the Learning and Development function of the company and covering all locations (50+). Accordingly, the client is currently looking for a qualified candidate to take over this new role who will be based in Dubai/UAE and who will be having the following key responsibilities:
    • Reporting directly to the Head of HR and responsible for all Learning and Development activities of the company across all regions (50+ locations).
    • Developing the Learning and Development strategy for the company and introducing new learning and development approaches.
    • Managing the on-boarding and induction process for new joiners.
    • Developing the Annual Training Plan based on Training Needs Analysis exercise.
    • Managing the execution of the Annual Training Plan and manage internal/external training programs.
    • Maintaining strong relationship with training centers and be updated with training programs taking place across the year.
    • Conducting Training Evaluation for all completed training programs to determine their effectiveness and ROI.
    • Developing a Competency Frameworks for the company that is linked with Performance and Development objectives.
    • Submit Training-related reports as required by the management.
  The Candidate The client is looking for candidates who meet the following specifications:
    • holding a Bachelor degree in Human Resources or closely related field.
    • having a minimum of 7 years of extensive experience in Training and Development.
    • having strong background and experience with the practices and principles of Training Needs Analysis, Annual Training Planning, Training Evaluation, Career Path Development, Competency Frameworks Design, and Advanced Reporting.
    • having experience within the Pharmaceutical industry is a must.
    • proficiency in English language is a must.
    • the position is open for male and female candidates from any nationality.
