Essential Job Functions
Develop, implement, manage an effective Corporate Compliance Program in alignment with company strategic objectives,
Drive the development, implementation, and monitoring of ethics and compliance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws/regulations to prevent and detect illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.
Develop and review company policies.
In collaboration with other members of the Legal Department, advise management, employees, the Board of Executive on the ethics and company's compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports, including sustanability report
Establish regular monitoring of company operations, procedures, practices, and documents to identify trends, and anomalies and emerging ethics or compliance risks within the company to improve existing procedures, controls and program effectiveness.
Create, recommend and manage effective actions plan in responce to violations of applicable laws, regulations, polices, procedures, and the Standard of Conduct, audit or inspection findings related to ethics or compliance violation
Resolve employee concerns about legal compliance
Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes and institute practices that will ensure the highest possible level of compliance.
Develops and drives internal communications related to ethics and compliance including
Corporate Compliance Program,
enhancing the awareness of the standard of conduct and related policies and procedures
Review: review agreements with suppliers and clients (Secrecy Agreement, Letter of Intent, Addenda, Termination Letter of Agreement) for compliance with TFS policies.
Negotiate: adapt and negotiate, if necessary, contracts clauses
Support: Provide assistance to keep update Official Commercial Records of TFS legal entities and collaborate with local external legal firms in managing any change in those Commercial Records. As applicable, provide to timely advice on law-related on Corporate Legal matters.
The Corporate Compliance Officer will maintain a working knowledge of ICH/GCP and TFS SOPs.
