The Job:

The Junior Motion Graphics Designer will be expected to work collaboratively alongside the client, members of the Motion Graphics Team, the Creative Director and Management Team, to drive quality and creativity and to help inspire and innovate the creative service offered to the client. The Junior Motion Graphics Designer will have a creative focus and be driven to produce high-quality deliverables and solutions within the client brand guidelines.

You will be responsible for keeping up to date in the industry developments across web, multimedia and video disciplines and cascade this information to clients and team members, up to date with software tools and equipment and any changes to the EY brand guidelines providing quotes of time and cost estimates for jobs.

The Junior Motion Graphic Designer must take briefs from clients whilst advising them on the best technical and design solution, educate and influence them to choose effective and functional designs and deliverables within their timeframes and ensure all quality review checklists are completed and standards are maintained.

The Fit:

To be successful in the role you must have strong job and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks or projects and prioritise accordingly, a strong knowledge of technical and creative design and an active interest in new industry trends, emerging technologies and innovation.

Excellent communications skills with the ability to liaise at all levels (client, team, manager and IT), be able to understand and anticipate clients needs and exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.

The Experience:

It is essential that the successful individual have experience in 2D motion graphics and 2D character animation, Adobe Creative Master Suite
