Job Description and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assistance with:
Assists other managers as needed in the coordination of administrative support function
Assists Training, Sales, and Operations in fulfilling the responsibilities of the office including but not limited to:
Track and respond to requests
Support in training coordination, tools, and document requests
Track status of Training Progress and deliverables
Support office personnel with projects on an ad hoc basis
Generate and implement office operations procedures
Review documents
Draft, proofread, edit, review of correspondences with clients and other 3rd parties
Internally manage project status and deliverables
Maintain and update internal documents related to our Error-Free
