About You
As part of our Recruitment team in Barcelona, you will help job seekers secure their ideal job.
You will use your energetic personality to help senior consultants find great candidates, by doing database searches, handling job board platforms and creating compelling job posts to attract the best talent out there.
You will interview candidates and enjoy talking to them about their professional plans and help them achieve their objectives.
You are a switched-on individual, and as a high achiever you are not afraid of challenges and targets, but you face them with confidence and a can-do attitude.

Preferred Qualifications
This is an entry level role, and you will have:
6 to 12 months’ experience in a recruitment role
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Communication or similar
A keen interest in a Recruitment career
Outstanding customer service and stakeholder management skills
High level of energy, enthusiasm and drive
Business acumen and problem-solving skills
Fluency in Spanish, English, and any additional language will be a plus.
