Travel Requirements: Domestic travel/limited international travel Essential Duties ; Responsibilities
Manage major segments of brand promotion including HCP and patient promotions for bendamustine brands (BENDEKA, TREANDA), including digital and offline strategies and tactics.
Manage channel strategies for bendamustine brands (BENDEKA, TREANDA) including hospitals, clinics
Provide marketing support across customer facing functions through education and communication of product communication plans, development of effective materials and value added programs.
Analyze and maximize product .
Provide input into forecasts and manage major portions of long-range strategic plan (LRP) and annual operating/ brand plan (AOP)
Effectively direct and manage the strategic partnerships with a variety of vendors.
Identify Market Research needs for assigned segments and work with MR to implement initiatives.
Develop relationships with key customers, industry thought leaders and advocacy organizations to enhance brand equity. Position Requirements Education Required Bachelors Degree Education Preferred Post Graduate Degree/ MBA preferred
Experience Required - 10 Years of pharmaceutical experience or relevant brand management experience, 5 years of marketing experience, experience and competence in cross functional leadership and people management/ development.
Experience Preferred Brand management experience across customer segments. Brand management experience on more than one disease state. Digital marketing experience. Launch experience. Pharmaceutical experience outside of marketing function. People management. Company/Industry Related Knowledge Oncology and/or buy bill experience preferred Function Marketing
