[Responsibilities]

The BTL is the primary IT partner to the business in the North Asia Cluster

1) Liaise with the various commercial components of the business to identify and drive IT solutions to meet or exceed the business demand.

2) Identify unmet needs of the business that can be addressed by IT capability.

3) Business IT interface

- Gain and build experience in Medical Device capability as it relates to the business; will require a good base knowledge and experience in general business areas, e.g., commercial analytics, SFE capability, global education, digital

- Pro-actively explores new demand and opportunities

- Will liaise with the business and various Product Lines to translate requirements for IT sprint cycles

- Partner with Product Lines to assure user acceptance testing to assure that business requirements are satisfied

4) Business requirements analysis

- Takes business requirements in conjunction with various Product Lines, and assure specifications are defined in a consumable format and terminology for developers

- Maps our business processes to serve as reference for development and IT support

- Explains to business in conjunction with BAs how requirements may be implemented from a functional standpoint

- Assure that compliance requirements are within scope of all activities

- Bachelor's degrees or above

- More than 10 years professional experience in IT

- Excellent communication
