Your Tasks And Responsibilities
The Project Lead Engineer (m/f/d) manages smaller investment projects in the field of pharmaceutical production or takes over responsibility for a sub-area in larger projects. He (m/f/d) is responsible for plant design, planning and execution, documentation, commissioning and qualification as well as handover to the operator. He (m/f/d) establishes a good relationship with the user of the equipment, the quality department, the process owners, suppliers and other people involved in order to manage the interfaces. In detail:
- Responsibility for concept, basic and detail engineering for one specific discipline (equipment) or technical work package from concept to hand over
- Design, calculation, specification of all related engineering documents
- Implementation and realization of field engineering
- Responsibility for quality, cost and schedule of his work packages
- Application of relevant best practices and global state-of-the-art technologies in the project
- Observance of internal and legal regulations, e.g. safety and environmental protection regulations or cGMP-standards
Who You Are
- University degree (Master or Dipl.-Ing.) in process/mechanical engineering or equal fields of study
- Initial work experience in the implementation of investment projects in the pharmaceutical environment
- Know-how in pharmaceutical technologies (e.g. in the field of solids) and GMP regulations is preferable
- Excellent communication skills, customer focus and ability to deal with ambiguity and conflicts
- Mobility and willingness for significant travel to support global project execution; preferably intercultural experience and competencies
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
