Extensive experience (5 to 8 years) in patient recruitment with evidence of increasing responsibility within a recruitment agency, pharmaceutical company, CRO or similar organization required
Expertise in developing and overseeing recruitment and retention strategies
Experience in managing leading-edge recruitment vendors, tools, and methods.
Understanding of marketing and advertising strategies
Understanding of clinical trials, relevant knowledge of GCP/Ich and applicable global regulations with regard to trial optimization strategies and tactics
