The opportunity:
Grow sales by;
Meeting and exceeding sales and daily sales call targets
Managing, visiting and servicing your assigned client list of existing accounts
Identifying sales growth opportunities with existing accounts
Prospecting for new clients and sales opportunities
Demonstrating new compounding products and equipment
Helping clients build their business by suggesting new revenue sources and products
Using provided tools to target sales opportunities
Responsible for developing and executing quarterly business plan
Working collaboratively with Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs);
Leverage the opportunity of having an inside sales representative to partner with in prospecting, and developing new accounts as well as servicing existing ones
OSRs and ISRs support each other by providing leads referrals and strategic support
Provide exceptional sales support and service by;
Processing orders and following up on their status
Proactively following up with clients to ensure that they always have the product they need, when they need it
Travel and Trade shows;
Requires travel
Client visits, Market Blitz's and Trade Shows
Bi-Annual Medisca Training
