Main Duties And Responsibilities
Manage the pharmaceutical production.
Analyze process and suggest capacity improvement projects and take projects from feasibility and concept development through testing, implementation, operational start up and training.
Optimize manufacturing processes and manufacturing equipment.
Identify process improvements and resolving manufacturing problems.
Initiates, leads, and formulates the project scope and objectives on the development of solutions to specific problems.
Seeks out continuous improvement opportunities and oversees timely implementation of efficient manufacturing practices.
Collaborates with manufacturing team and other functional groups on planning, scheduling and manufacturing personnel to ensure effective customer service throughout the supply chain.

Candidate Profile
Education: Pharmacy, or related field.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
Demonstrated initiative and sound judgment.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects.
Ability to diagnose problems and recommend solutions in assigned area
Desire to continually learn in to keep up with changing technology.
Ability to interpret and adapt internal guidelines.
Bachelor degree in Engineering, master is a plus
