Description
Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Review business and functional requirements, specifications to provide timely and meaningful feedback 2. Understand the SDLC and work closely within the QA team to document and maintain company knowledge assets. 3. Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test suites and test cases 4. Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs 5. Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved 6. Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs 7. Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts 8. Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies Qualification: Education: Probably educated to Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent. Experience: Experience in developing and executing manual test scripts for software products, development and execution experience with System, Regression, Integration, and Performance testing against product version/release cycles. Experience in software development for the pharmaceutical industry or direct experience with pharmaceutical GxP quality assurance standards would be desirable.
