Job Description We are looking for male candidate with 4 to 8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry, should have completed his graduation in B.M.S./B.com or MBA in HR with good communication skill (fluent in English speaking) and should be able to speak Marathi Language who can joined within 1 months period and ready to relocate to Boisar Tarapur. Candidate will be responsible for managing day to day meetings with Worker and contractual employees to resolve work level issues, handling general queries related to Personnel Administration. Responsible for supervision on daily housekeeping activities, canteen facilities, checking of contract labour strength requirement, will be responsible for interacting with Housekeeping supervisor to keep a record of factory dresses gowns. Will be responsible for reviewing daily housekeeping activities meeting with Housekeeping supervisors records such as cleaning of insect catchers, sanitization of utility area, movement of scrap, cleaning of factory dresses, sanitization of drainage line, cleaning of factory premises , factory premises pest control etc. Candidate will have to validate bills Preparation of SPO such as Telephone, Electricity, hospitals, laundry etc. Will be responsible for junior level recruitment; resume screening, pre-joining formalities, scheduling interviews with HODs, liaising with hiring agencies and short-listing candidates. Background verification of candidates hired for business, completing of joining formalities, such as checking of certificates and necessary documents, fill up necessary forms such as PF nomination forms, Specimen signature log sheet, Induction form, Employee joiner form, attendance finger registration form, Employee dependent form etc. This candidate will have exposure to interact with HODs in absence of HR Colleagues and HR Head at factory level. Candidate will be responsible for managing Induction, Pre-joining and on-boarding formalities of all level employees in the organization which includes releasing offer letter, preparing appointment letter, issuing relieving and experience letter, probation extension/confirmation letter (will manager end to end confirmation process) and promotion letter for all employees in the organization. Candidate will be responsible for coordination of annual/Half yearly health checkup for all level employees which involves follow up with HODs for 100% coverage. Candidate will be responsible for completing exit formalities of resigned employees, conduct exit interviews, share detailed exit interview analysis for Sr. Managements review. Maintain personal file and employee records of all employees all levels. Should have worked on ERP and handled ERP related technical queries. Responsible for keeping records of flat agreements, renewal arrangement of accommodation, Released of Purchase orders and Challans of laundry, keeping record of approved chemist. Will have to coordinate with LD representation to schedule monthly training as per calendar and keep record of the same, will be responsible for driving employee engagement activities on weekly/monthly basis. This position will be responsible in preparing Monthly/quarterly dashboards presentation for Management review. Candidate will have to manage end to end mediclaim queries; validation of documents received from employees for Mediclaim will have to send to Head Office for further process. Candidate will be responsible for finger registration of all employees, Responsible for finger registration in Specified department. Candidate will be responsible for issuing I-cards to the employees. Employee master updation on Weekly/ Monthly basis.
