Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Global TrackWise (Harmony) System

    • Direct deployment requirements and activities based on internal initiatives and business requirements.
    • Own and manage Business relationships and communications related to deployments.
    • Manage all activities and priorities for the Regional Deployment Relationship Manager(s).
    • Participate in supporting activities including approving Access Requests and Master Data modifications and supporting end user inquiries post deployment.
    • Participate in system validation activities (URS, OQ/PQ).
    • Conduct/Support Train-the-Trainer and updates to training materials/procedures, including coordinating translation activities as needed.
    • Serve as backup for the Global Quality Systems Owner.

TrackWise Legacy Repository (TLR) System / Legacy TrackWise Systems

    • Assist with defining TLR system requirements and validation testing efforts.
    • Support data migration and decommissioning activities.
