DO — Key Responsibilities Supporting Consulting and professional services clients with healthcare and pharmaceutical domain expertise to develop results-driven strategies. ü Setting up and managing research teams engaged in market assessments, drug analysis, indication market studies, pipeline research, case studies, creating thematic studies, information memorandums, competitive benchmarking and opportunity assessments. ü Conducting quality control check of outgoing reports and deliverables, brainstorming in overcoming intellectual bottlenecks on projects. ü Demonstrating strength and experience in client relationship building and management, information/knowledge needs assessment. ü Delivering client and business objectives maintaining quick turn-around times, high quality standards, and efficient staffing. ü Recruiting, developing and growing the healthcare/pharma practice team ensuring aspirational needs are met and quality output is delivered. ü Integrate seamlessly into our domain-specific business development efforts including creating relevant marketing solutions, writing proposals, thought pieces, industry whitepapers, Blogs etc. SKILLSETS AND EXPERIENCE Basic Qualification/ Education/ Vocational Training - Post-Graduation or equivalent qualification with Pharma/Biotech background. - MBA in Life Sciences - An MBA with other domains should have extensive experience in serving research requirements for Pharma companies or healthcare research teams of Consulting /PE/ Investment Banking domains - Experience in Data Analytics will be a big advantage EXPERIENCE Experience: 10-12 years in Research and Consutling in Pharma/Healthcare sectors. Industry Type: Consulting/ KPO Specific / Relevant Experience ü Experience in setting up new accounts and scaling up existing accounts, project scoping/staffing. ü Leading and delivering projects, including healthcare/pharma market and industry analysis, sizing, drug analysis, indication market studies, pipeline research, case studies, thematic studies, information memorandums, generic drug studies, performance dashboards and global pharma regulation trends. ü Involved in client visits for detailed project understanding on complex business set ups and final project presentations and offering solutions. ü Working knowledge of industry specific databases: Evaluate Pharma, IMS, Thomson Pharma, Decision Resources, Global Data, Informa CAPABILITIES Functional Strong domain knowledge of healthcare/life sciences/pharmaceutical sector. Strong research background with experience in project management and problem solving. Behavioral ü Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Tenacious and flexible in high-pressure work situations. ü Ability to strategize and create relevant marketing decks and engage prospective clients. ü Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
