County: Middlesex
As a Warehouse Operative you will be a key member of the team making sure our products are where they need to be and get there in the perfect condition. Once the relevant in-house training is complete, you will work across a variety of warehouse functions ensuring that high standards are maintained and that we can continue to offer an efficient, safe and vital healthcare service to our customers.

Responsibilities

In this role you will work accurately and efficiently across all areas of the warehouse planning and managing designated resource to undertake the day to day work responsibilities. You will ensure safe care and accurate handling of all internal and external stock and products within the warehouse and report any stock or product issues to your line manager. You will be aware of health and safety policy and ensure the safe operation and upkeep of all warehouse equipment.

As a key member of the team you build effective working relationships with your Manager and colleagues supporting each other and working as a team.

Person Profile

It is essential to have good numeracy and literacy skills with a diligent approach, underpinned by a strong attention to detail. You will be a team player with great communication skills and the ability to prioritise your workload during the working day. If you have previous experience of working in a warehouse environment this will be helpful but not essential for success as training is provided.
