Responsibilities Ability to implement quality management system , procedures standards which enable to achieve regulatory compliances .Responsible for improvement in quality of the product by encouraging motivating team members through guidance .Able to handle all queries by different customers related to product quality or system.Must be familiar with all regulatory requirements , legal compliance , licences its documents records .Must be familiar with testing parameters . Must be able to train the staff at lab on physiochemical , microbiological sensory parameters.Review all QMS Documents .Approval of all SOP impacting product quality , reprocessing rework decision on approval or rejection of incoming material final products .Handled the process of new label development as per FSSAI , for new products nutritional info , communication final approval of labels .Participate in interviews, induction, training and performance evaluation of all QA leads.Be an escalation point for all matters related to testing and quality assurance and operate as a primary point of contact for the QA teams.Responsible for Leading and directing the QA leadership team.This job is provided by Shine.comDesired Skills and Experiencebiotechnology, sop, induction, legal, training, system, management, assurance, compliance, qms, communication, microbiology, biochemistry, quality
