Description
The Job:
As the Salesforce Operations Manager you will be supporting the Salesforce Manger in the development of the salesforce.com strategy and leading the execution of the SFDC roadmap, planning, managing, testing and communicating developments and changes to the salesforce.com system and overseeing the SFDC platform structure and architecture, ensuring it works seamlessly and effectively.
You will be executing day to day management of SFDC as a platform and providing ongoing support to users (license, login issues, access rights, password reset etc.), generating agreed reports and dashboards for the global board and supporting Marketing with SFDC
