Key Responsibilities

- Chair meetings to ensure cross-functional attention around customer order status and service level
- Highlight customer orders in review status, potential miss, recording of reason code, root cause analysis and follow up & ensuring clean order data that reflects reality in terms of supply (promise date, shipping date, ETA)
- Cross-functional escalation for pending / urgent / delayed orders
- Weekly executive reporting to business management and commercial teams
- Daily maintenance and consolidation of open order overview, including maintaining models and process to capture status / reason code / comments
- Identify opportunity for putting sustainable supply fixes in place
- Minimum second upper honours or its equivalent in Supply Chain / Science related field / Business / Statistics / Mathematics
- Fresh Graduate or with less than 1 year working experience who is able to demonstrate a keen interest in Planning / Supply Chain role in a fast-paced Manufacturing environment
- Active involvement in co-curricular activities
- Good MS Office (particularly MS Excel) and systems experience
- Possess strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills, to enhance workflow efficiencies and effectiveness
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal skills, assertive, independent and self-motivated
- Strong influencing, negotiating, presentation and communication skills practised routinely and cross-functionally
- Need to have tenacity in chasing up on any foreseen issues
- Result oriented and able to drive team results to meet Inventory KPI
