Your Tasks And Responsibilities Account Management and Sales
  • To proactively manage and develop relationships with your allocated portfolio of customers.
  • To actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within allocated portfolio (prospects and current customers)
  • To develop and implement strategies and tactics to increase revenue flows from the allocated portfolio.
  • To maintain the integrity of data in sales reporting system through regular maintenance and training.
  • To meet and preferably, exceed annual revenue and sales targets.
  • To participate in business implementation and setting up of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • To ensure that the personal knowledge of all relevant K + N products and/services is up to date at all times.
Customer Management
  • To ensure ongoing and consistent customer satisfaction through effective and efficient responses to customer enquiries, issues, problems.
  • Discuss and communicate customer feedback with other affected business units.
  • To ensure that you represent the company in a professional and consultative manner.
Your Skills And Experience
  • Degree in Business / Sales & Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Proven key account management experience.
  • Preferable came from similar industries in sales for Air and Sea freight.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
