Your Tasks And Responsibilities
Account Management and Sales
To proactively manage and develop relationships with your allocated portfolio of customers.
To actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within allocated portfolio (prospects and current customers)
To develop and implement strategies and tactics to increase revenue flows from the allocated portfolio.
To maintain the integrity of data in sales reporting system through regular maintenance and training.
To meet and preferably, exceed annual revenue and sales targets.
To participate in business implementation and setting up of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
To ensure that the personal knowledge of all relevant K + N products and/services is up to date at all times.
Customer Management
To ensure ongoing and consistent customer satisfaction through effective and efficient responses to customer enquiries, issues, problems.
Discuss and communicate customer feedback with other affected business units.
To ensure that you represent the company in a professional and consultative manner.
Your Skills And Experience
Degree in Business / Sales & Marketing, or equivalent.
Proven key account management experience.
Preferable came from similar industries in sales for Air and Sea freight.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
