Description

• Co-ordinate experimental studies within the Hub and liaison with AstraZeneca, Gothenburg
• Responsible for adherence to local safety regulations as well as compliance with UK regulations
• Handle orders and logistics of compounds
• Ensure right information is built by the right people and in the right format within set timelines for Drug Projects
• Advise and support project teams to ensure consistent and effective manipulation, organization and sharing of information and data
• Dedicatedly ensure correct and efficient communication and information platforms with external organizations and collaborators
• Plan, organize and lead drug project team meetings including preparation of agendas, minutes, updating and follow up on action decision
• Ensures efficient leadership and management of project information, quality of data and projection as well as integrity of supplied information
• Oversee and advice on resources planning for project delivery
• Lead the championing of new strategies for project management either as an authority or through project management
• Lead or provide experienced technical support to regional or global teams

• BSc or MSc in relevant field complemented by experience of working within Pharmaceutical Development
• Proven strong administration skills including high technical level
• Strong leadership capabilities with emphasis of people management and development
• Excellent customer service and team working skills
• Evidence of excellent interpersonal skills and successful in building relationships
• Experience of effective working in multi-cultural teams

• Scientific degree within relevant field
• Experience of Drug Discovery research
• An understanding of Respiratory Diseases
• In vivo pharmacology skills
