Tasks
- Effective HR execution and performance management for the assigned business units.
- Partner with HR Shared Services to ensure satisfactory customer support
- Lead various projects and initiatives as determined in the annual planning cycle.
- As a Human Resources Business Partner, this leader will need to establish strong business partnerships, execute initiatives and support the development and retention of a talented and engaged workforce.
Profile
- Professional HR experience with strong systems knowledge, HR program innovation/execution.
- 10 years HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years of senior generalist experience with ability to communicate and influence individuals and groups and to gain buy-in and acceptance of new ideas and approaches.
- Proven ability to take initiative and build strong and productive personal relationships.
- Sound business acumen and analytical skills
- Ability to travel to Midwest manufacturing sites 25-40%.
