Description

1. The CSO and is responsible for working with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team in developing, communicating, executing, and sustaining corporate strategic initiatives.
2. Work closely with Executive Leadership Team to evolve and build excellence into the company strategy which in turn is aligned to functional strategies.
3. Work through inter-dependencies between culture & behaviour, process, organizational setup and external stakeholders and clearly articulate the company strategy.
4. Establishing key strategic priorities and translating them into comprehensive strategic plans with short-term and long-term plans across the whole company. Monitoring the execution of the strategic plans.
5. Conceptualizing and formulating these initiatives and plan for the day-to-day activities of these initiatives.
6. Translating strategies into actionable and quantitative plans, to track and monitor progress.
7. Mobilizing and managing teams of individuals charged with executing strategies.

• Has significant leadership experience in matrix and line management of senior leaders.
• High level of strategic thinking, learning agility and leading innovation in complex environments.
• Inspiring communicator and highly capable to influence.
• Has a degree in science/business management with at least 15 years of experience out of which last 5 years in the capacity of strategy development and execution.
• Significant experience across the pharmaceutical value chain and possess significant experience in developing strategy.
