Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of local accounts
Your portfolio also consists of a network of distributors that you expand, retain, and animate
Identify new business opportunities, and prospect new markets
Understand perfectly your customer portfolio, know the different decision makers and build strong business relationships with them
You work closely with internal teams (marketing, R & D, regulatory...)
Finding new customers, offering them our products
Following-up offers
Visiting customers and participating in various trade exhibitions
Making reports of visits and sales
You will be responsible for the optimal availability of products and their volume and market share growth of products
You will be responsible for South Africa
Skills & Abilities
Significant experience in sales of cosmetics products with cosmetic accounts
Excellent communication and presentation skills and taking initiative is part of you
Demonstrated advanced selling & negotiation skills
Ability to identify customer business needs/opportunities and recommend solutions
Team player with strong communication skills, results driven with an action and execution mentality, entrepreneurs, used to taking calculated risks.
Flexible regarding business trips and travel.
Fluent spoken and written English
Good IT Skills (MS Office - ERP).
Education & Experience
Master’s degree, in the field of chemistry, biochemistry or cosmetics.
Minimum five years of experience as account manager.
