Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of local accounts
  • Your portfolio also consists of a network of distributors that you expand, retain, and animate
  • Identify new business opportunities, and prospect new markets
  • Understand perfectly your customer portfolio, know the different decision makers and build strong business relationships with them
  • You work closely with internal teams (marketing, R & D, regulatory...)
  • Finding new customers, offering them our products
  • Following-up offers
  • Visiting customers and participating in various trade exhibitions
  • Making reports of visits and sales
  • You will be responsible for the optimal availability of products and their volume and market share growth of products
  • You will be responsible for South Africa
Skills & Abilities
  • Significant experience in sales of cosmetics products with cosmetic accounts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and taking initiative is part of you
  • Demonstrated advanced selling & negotiation skills
  • Ability to identify customer business needs/opportunities and recommend solutions
  • Team player with strong communication skills, results driven with an action and execution mentality, entrepreneurs, used to taking calculated risks.
  • Flexible regarding business trips and travel.
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Good IT Skills (MS Office - ERP).
Education & Experience
  • Master’s degree, in the field of chemistry, biochemistry or cosmetics.
  • Minimum five years of experience as account manager.
