Description

• Design and deploy Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process aligned with the matrix structure.
• Deploy an effective demand planning process in the Asia Pacific region.
• Run the IBP for Asia Pacific, including executive review.
• When required, act as an internal consultant, analyze root causes, drive gap analysis, close the loop, role model continuous improvement.
• Effectively deploy and make use of the IBP SAP APO or equivalent solution for timely and proactive planning.
• Develop and deploy IBP maturity assessment and define path to become best in class.
• Coach and train the Local Business Unit in IBP including the local management
• Coordinates downward communication of decisions from balancing/ escalation meetings.

• Tertiary education qualification. MBA in Supply chain or equivalent is an added advantage.
• At least 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
• At least 5 years of experience as IBP subject matter expert.
• Familiar with statutory regulations (EU, FDA, ISO, etc.) a plus
• Leadership experience gained in a multi-national company. Know how to optimize interfaces within a matrix organization.
• International exposure in AP region and leading global teams.
• Knowledge in healthcare/ pharmaceutical will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in forecasting with an understanding of financial and operational impacts.
• Strong project management, decision making, and presentation skills.
