JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• To develop, implement and manage sales & marketing strategy to increase market shares and achieve revenue targets.
• To seek new business / services opportunities and innovative strategies to drive revenue growth.
• To develop and execute campaigns/events to build brand equity and grow revenue for the hospital.
• To lead sales & marketing team to achieve hospital’s revenue targets.
• To build good and strong business relationship with partners and develop effective hospital affiliate partner plans.
• To lead, execute, manage and monitor all sales & marketing sales and campaigns by setting clear KPIs in line with hospital’s directions/goals.
• To coordinate execution of agreements, develop and maintain marketing/business development presentation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 5 years working experience in a managerial Sales & Marketing portfolio
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, Insurance industry managing or servicing key accounts skills and knowledge
• Team player with strong negotiation skills, good leadership skills and accountability, self-motivated, result-oriented and most importantly customer focused.
• Excellent business acumen, strong interpersonal & number driven with strong analytical skills.
• With result-oriented mindset, excellent in setting and execute strategies and innovative plans.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt rapidly to shifting priorities and new marketplace dynamics.
• Must possess excellent presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in all MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
