Description
- Single point of contact with the Client and between the Client and field team
- Prioritize coaching and performance management efforts to have the greatest overall impact on the program’s results;
- Proactively monitor sales activity and effort among sales team(s), ensuring that the quality and the quantity of sales efforts meet client’s expectations;
- Identify development areas in skills/competencies among sales team(s), and work to improve individual’s capabilities through coaching, development and training plans/programmes;
- Manage pharmaceutical representatives competencies through Ashfield performance reviews;
- Conduct regular field visits with each member of the sales team(s) providing consistent performance management;
- Direct and support the consistent implementation of company initiatives;
- Ensure team comply to agreed segmentation (territory/reach/frequency);
- Manage the team including performance reviews and appraisals;
- Provide guidance and feedback on selling skills, product knowledge and territory management;
- Participate/Lead regular touchpoints with Client to provide updates on the status of the team’s skill development, activity and sales performance
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with the client.
- Recruit, interview, and train new hires,
- Responsible for strategy development for program optimization
- Responsible for the management of the overall program
- Determine and manage bonus plan
Profile:
· Bachelor’s Degree required (Business of Sciences preferred);
· 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience;
·
A minimum of 5 years of proven field sales management experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry
· Must have sales management or coaching experience;
· Computer literate;
· Ability to travel;
· A practical understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
