Description


  • Proactive support and advice to our executives and business departments, in particular the Country Manager in all operational and strategic HR issues
  • Implementation of the HR strategy and HR projects / topics working with the team on organizational development processes as change agent
  • Ensure all personnel processes (implementation of personnel planning, recruitment, pay determination, etc.) in business departments
  • Implementation of individual personnel measures
  • Active design and monitoring of change processes as well as the optimization of our HR systems and processes Cooperation with other (international) HR departments and best practice sharing
  • Constructive cooperation and negotiations with the works council
  • Constant observation and analysis of the applicant market and recruiting channels; Analysis and testing of trends and salary trends
  • Close collaboration and contracting with HR service providers, as well as Internal Centers of Expertise and the Mylan Shared Service Center (GIS)

Here are the minimum qualifications and essential functions for this position:
  • Successfully completed studies, ideally with a focus on human resources or comparable education
  • Several years of professional experience in the HR environment as an HR generalist or personnel officer, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector - ideally as HR Business Partner
  • Safe and convincing appearance paired with negotiating skills and high social competence
  • High self-motivation combined with analytical and conceptual skills
  • Strong focus on results and solutions with practice-oriented working methods
  • Sound project experience in interdisciplinary teams
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
