Your tasks in detail

• Support Operational Transformation Consulting leadership to drive the strategic delivery plan, s.a. work with Account Managers, BSE leads and internal customers (Global functions, regional management and country management) and PLS practices to understand the consulting opportunity pipeline and work to convert this into customer projects, build and manage key stakeholder relationships, initiating sales processes with internal customers and identify opportunities to expand Operational Transformation Consulting offerings and develop service offerings to customers andd develop consulting tools and methodologies for delivering consulting project opportunities
• Build, organize and sustain multi-disciplinary program and project teams – internal customer, functional, IT, third party
• Facilitate and drive change in a heavily networked environment through senior stakeholder engagement and management
• Lead and drive major internal customer transformation programs and projects, including solution development and implementation,
• Will involve regular travel to Novartis locations where full-time or part-time on-site project delivery is required for internal customers
• Line manage local consulting resources, as the team develops, including Senior consultants, Consultants or Consulting resources secured through flex arrangement

The role is limited for 1 year. Minimum Requirements

• Postgraduate degree in technical or business discipline
• Further education in Change management, Project management and/or Facilitation /Coaching
• Significant experience in process optimization, project management and consulting for technical operations
• Fluent in German and English
• Being a proven change agent with significant project and program management experience from a Top 5 consulting firm, having successfully led complex, multi-functional projects in a large corporate environment
• Demonstrate analytical, process-oriented and data driven mindset
• Significant experience and proven ability to lead, manage and motivate stakeholders of widely varying backgrounds across a dispersed and matrixed organization
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills as well as solid presentation skills
• Successful track record in application of consulting tools and solutions in solving complex business problems, including Lean Six Sigma (LSS)
