Your assignments

Management of SAP projects (also within strategic global template implementation programs) executing the following activities: budget compilation and control; issue, risk, change and resource management; internal quality management, controlling and reporting as well as creation of status reports, management presentations and decision papers
Support of the operational demand management
Execution of project assessments and lessons learned workshops in line with the defined project quality assurance based on quality gates
Support and coaching of project leads in critical and labor-intensive project phases e.g. during project initiation
Support the continuous improvement of the existing project management methodology especially with regard to the launch of a central IT Project Portfolio Management.

Your Profile
Long-term experience (min. 6 years) as SAP project manager within an international project management Environment in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
Broad experience (min. 4 years) with the implementation of SAP solutions within at least one core SAP module and preferably also with SAP S/4HANA
Sound and verifiable knowledge of project management methodology (Prince2, PMI, or similar)
Good university degree in business administration, informatics, engineering or natural sciences
Preferably several years of working experience in a renowned Pharma Company
Business fluent in English and German
Strong communication and presentation skills
