Key responsibilities:

Being the face of Kantar for our clients and identifying and driving new business and opportunities for Kantar Health

Accountable for achieving individual pre-defined sales target
Attracting new clients to the organization and assisting client service teams to further penetrate new areas (e. g. therapy franchises, clients contacts) of more established clients
Identifying and executing plans to generate new leads through various means such as cold alling, PR and Marketing, conference attendance, etc.

Managing the sales process

Working wiht our research experts to create and present client proposals that result in new sales and secure current business
Closing sales in existing and new accounts
Gathering market and client intelligence and providing strategic feedback to the business to strengthen the offerings and capture additional business.

Leveraging our Market Research Team

Assisting with the brainstorming and reviewing of proposals and accurate preparation of costing for all types of custom marketing insights.
Understanding and leveraging all the techniques employed and services/offers provided by Kantar Health across the globe and to continuously educate yourself in this respect

Your profile:

Proven track of successfully selling custom multi country market research studies, ideally inthe pharmaceutical industry
Experience should include working in a market research agency/company in a highly commercial /client facing position. Experience conducting market research studies is considered a plus.
Fluent English communication skills are required
Academic degree in life science field
Exemplary and engaging communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Willingness to work in an international environment and travel frequently throughout Europe
Able to work independently in a fast-paced work environment
