Position Summary
This position will be responsible for leading the German sales force with the objective to drive sales excellence and performance.
He/she will ensure leadership development of field managers and will be accountable for achieving revenue goals across all products/indications.
He/she will find and implement solutions to sales force challenges around patient identification, treatment initiation and retention. The position will set up processes and metrics to monitor success and will apply learnings and drive synergies across products/indications.
