What does the role involve?

The role will involve you assisting with advising clients across a number of industries including petroleum, oil and gas, property and construction, financial services, packaging, IT, retail, including food and fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) and pharmaceuticals, on:

competition law matters, including merger clearances, cartel investigations including immunity/leniency applications, advising on supply agreements and other supply chain issues;
consumer law matters, including regulatory investigations, advising on marketing and sales strategies to minimise risks of misleading or deceptive conduct and other unfair conduct such; and
designing and assisting clients implementing compliance programs including undertaking risk audits and assisting with training.
