Essential Functions:
Strategy Planning: Sets a sales and goals strategy plan for the territory consistent with company objectives and mutually agreed upon with sales manager.
Implement Territory Planning: Provides a key account report providing status against the plan.
Implement Distribution Management: Set strategy meetings with distributors and/or key accounts for mutually agreed upon goals and plans.
Develops product and application knowledge to effectively perform product demonstrations
Uses technical and financial arguments why Testo products should be selected in selling situations.
Contributes to Sales effectiveness by identifying short-term and long range issues that must be addressed, providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations, recommending options and courses of actions; implementing directives.
Identifies and provides feedback regarding trends that influence the buying habits of the target industries.
Identifies opportunities to influence industry drivers and regulations in ways that permit Testo to take advantage of these opportunities
Maintains relations with customers by organizing customer relations programs; determining trade show needs ,annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars.
Education and Training: 2-3 years experience. Recent Graduates- welcome with Business and /or environmental degree or equivalent Professional qualification. Knowledge of indirect (distribution) sales, marketing, and services. The ability to provide a sales solution to prospects and customers. Impeccable oral and verbal communication and presentation skills
Skills: Demonstrates a never- quit attitude that knows how to drive sales A personable communicator capable of connecting with clients and prospects to assure that their express needs are met.
