Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the job to be achieved)
Achieve high customer satisfaction levels through a close and proactive attention and expec-tation management
Execution of the defined processes inbound calls by type of incidence focusing on facilitating timely resolution of customer issues, outbound calls aligned to marketing initiatives, interac-tion with the back office team
Proactively manage the customer to ensure early detection of potential issues and minimize impact and to communicate changes in the customer care commitments
Proactive coordination with the sales Reps, FLMs and back office leads to ensure a one-company execution is effective and perceived by the client
Information and knowledge gathering from our customers to improve the level of tailored re-sponses to exceed client expectations in a consistent way
Keep themselves up to date on relevant company topics to communicate the clients appropri-ately (internal processes, product launches, regulation,
