Overview of Position:The Director will have overall responsibility for the strategic development and maintenance of our Client’s bespoke, cutting-edge pricing and market access web platformThe Director is responsible for the web platform roadmap, and ensuring that development and data contact priorities are set accordingly with projects delivered to schedule, surpassing quality and value expectations, bringing innovative Pricing and Market Access tools and solutions to our Client’s customersThe Director is also responsible for identifying and securing further revenue opportunities and providing expert guidance and support for the sales and consultancy teamsThe Director will lead, develop and motivate the web platform team to exceed client expectations, identifying and resolving any gaps in team capability through a combination of recruitment and team developmentResponsibilities and Duties:Leading the development of our Client’s Market Access Platform Strategy and establishing how to evolve this to ensure continual future growth of the company and its assetsLine management of a growing product development team, nurturing new talent and developing a creative, motivated and effective teamRecruitment, development and retention of a talented product development team, consisting of Project Managers, Developers, Data Analysts and Quality AnalystsEnsuring customer satisfaction and successful subscription renewals for clientsIdentifying innovative opportunities to develop our service offerings, defining product requirements and ensuring that subsequent releases offer value to clientsWorking with sales team, existing partners and the wider teams to identify and secure opportunities for growing profitable revenueKeeping informed of competitor activity, market trends and regulatory changes and ensuring that our Client’s platform development pre-empts the changes or responds in an appropriate timeframeOnboarding and training new clients and ensuring customer service and responsiveness exceeds pre-defined SLA’sKnowledge and experience Required:Extensive knowledge and experience of the pharmaceutical pricing and market access sector and with it the knowledge of value that up to date information can provide to all sector participantsStrong background in International Pricing and Market AccessTechnically astute and aware of the benefits that new and innovative technology can bring to a range of Healthcare clientsExperience in a Healthcare Consultancy capacity in overseeing the delivery of projects to an excellent standardHighly fluent in written and spoken EnglishCoaching and mentoring experience would be highly preferredExcellent PowerPoint and Excel skills, able to present information in compelling and creative waysPersonal AttributesA can-do attitude, always looking for opportunities to drive the organisation forward through collaborating with the rest of the team and with partners.Self-driven to exceed expectations and able to inspire others to perform at similar levelsA commercially astute individual with the ability to identify and secure further revenue opportunities
