Rotating continental shift structure consisting of 8 AM - 8 PM and 8 PM - 8 AM, switching every 4 weeks with a $1.50/hr night premium; Overtime paid at 1.5 times for any hours worked in excess of regularly scheduled shifts
Manufactures gelatin according to master formulas and confirms process parameters for temperature, colour, batch number, and receiver sequences for the order ensuring appropriate quantities as required
Sets up the encapsulation machines and operates them according to SOP, producing good quality product. Required activities involve (but are not limited to) checking the fill and shell weights, measuring seam integrity, ensuring good shapes, and performing any necessary corrective measures
Completes all documentation required, including in-process checks, performing appropriate corrective measures as required; participates in inspections, audits and investigations
The Candidate
Minimum High school diploma (GED or equivalent) *Canadian equivalency required, if applicable
Clear criminal background check
Pass pre-employment assessment prior to commencing employment
Strong mechanical aptitude with a preference for two (2) years
