Responsibilities

• Proven knowledge in Canadian drug screen regulations, including compliance
• Develop and implement strategic plans to accomplish overall eScreen Canada objectives
• Lead and manage operational aspects of eScreen Canada including operations, sales and business development.
• Drives innovation for service improvement and cost reduction of operations.
• Communicates across the organization and ensure everyone understands the priorities of the eScreen Canada organization.
• Adheres to Quality Systems expectations and standards
• Represents eScreen Canada to key customers, TPA/Partners and vendors
• Establish budgets and forecasts for operations, works closely with Finance in cost modeling
• Ensures adherence to compliance guidelines.
• Manage performance of staff towards company and eScreen Canada goals.
• Responsible for administration of company policy and procedures.
• Looks for (and achieves) opportunities to generate new business and grow existing business.
• Interview candidates and make hiring recommendations
• Coach and develop staff
• Coordinate or conduct new hire and recurrent training of team
• Review and verify payroll for direct reports
• Assist with staff
