Essential Responsibilities You will have the opportunity to work across our broad portfolio driving campaigns with key stakeholders in regional Field Marketing teams and with internal/external advertising & promotion partners.Work with global and regional marketing teams to support accurate planning, local, production and distribution of traditional and digital marketing assets (what is needed, where and when).Coordinate and disseminate global marketing assets into local markets (regional) per marketing objectivesWork in conjunction with marketing and outsourced design and translation services to ensure pharmaceutical promotional materials are content compliant (in line with regulatory guidelines)Work with external design agencies and resources to source graphics, graphic design and assets.Work with internal and external partners to ensure assets are delivered to meet compliance, local design and content requirements.Support the dissemination and management of content through digital sales tools (SFDC content, Showpad etc.), including managing the life-cycle, availability and version control of marketing assets and training of marketing teams for adherence to global hierarchy and refresh cycles.Supports marketing measurement of campaign implementation, effectiveness and ROI sharing learnings across marketing teams.Partners broader GE Healthcare support teams in execution of digital assets and web content on behalf of local markets requiring automated campaigns.Gathers campaign asset feedback from regional marketing teams to inform best practices and requirements for global marketing campaignsContinuous improvement of Campaign activation process, efficiencies and cost-effectiveness.Qualifications/Requirements:Significant experience in marketing communications, campaign development and implementationExperience working in or with external advertising and promotion agenciesExperience in implementing digital channel campaigns including automated marketing programsHealthcare and pharmaceutical product/industry experience, preferably in diagnostic imaging and pharmaceutical imaging agentsLeadership and communication skills to effectively partner stakeholders and teams and work in a matrix environmentExcellent oral and written communications skillsStrong understanding of campaign development and implementation processesProject management rigor and process capabilityAnalytical and process improvement acumen and skillsQuality Specific AccountabilitiesAware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Management System and Policies as they apply to this job type/positionComplete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlinesIdentify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as requiredFully trained and knowledgeable on all key pharmaceutical promotional guidelinesResponsible for ensuring legal and regulatory approval compliance for all marketing communications prior to external releaseDesired Characteristics:Significant experience in marketing communications, campaign development and implementationBachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Advertising and Promotion discipline and /or equivalent knowledge or experienceFully versed in ABPI and FDA guidelines (pharmaceuticals and healthcare professionals)Domain expertise in campaign development and implementationKnowledge of design and translation processesTeam oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, global and cross-functional teamsInfluencing skills – ability to motivate individuals and demonstrate organizational influenceStrong interpersonal style to build effective working relationships and deliver outstanding serviceSelf-starter.
