Among your main reponsibilities:
Develop and Implement the Performance Management function
Manage the succession planning
Develop the yearly manpowe plan and help in leveraging the organization
Develop and Implement Talent Acquisition strategies and tools and assist in filling open positions.
Improve Employee Engagement plans and recognition programs
Implement HR policies and procedures and promote a positive employee relations environment
Prepare the HR budget across all the functions
Oversee the implementation and use of the HRIS
